We get excited when we get to talk about this. Google Fiber is a very reliable, inexpensive and thorough provider. Just like with Cox, Centurylink and Quantum we remove their free modem and install our eero mesh system but they are totally compatible when professionally installed. We can setup the entire migration to Google Fiber for you for $99 a month for the 1 gig.

We have instituted WeeFee, this AI Receptionist, to fulfill the majority of all after hours requests and network resets, reboots and initial investigation. If necessary your requests can be escalated during the conversation and a technician will review it within 2 hours. Almost always, we have a technician or management available earlier than that but to set expectations we like to use the 2 hour threshold.
